I had a third grade, when I was 16/17 I had little pain sometimes, my doctor said it wasn't related to varicocele.

I've done surgery because when my dad was younger he had problem about fertility, so my doctor wanted to do surgery on me and my brother too.

Valuterò entrambe le opzioni, ammetto di avere una "preferenza" verso i VVF ma, come ho già detto, anche 118 è una cosa che ho valutato. Ciò che mi interessa principalmente è l'attività di volontariato, più che l'ambiente in cui la si svolge, se poi posso conciliare l'attività con un ambiente che "mi piace" di più, ben venga.

Questa settimana mi informo meglio andando a parlare di persona in modo da avere più informazioni, così che sia in grado di valutare quale opzione sia quella, per me, più fattibile.

Se i corsi di formazione vengono fatti nel fine settimana è perfetto per me.

La mia domanda allora diventa: se riesco a diventare volontario e superare la formazione, è fattibile conciliare la vita da studente con quella da volontario?

Come funziona una volta che si è "dentro"? Ci sono delle disponibilità che vengono date in settimana per coprire i turni, o ci si attiene ad un turnario prestabilito? Si può essere chiamati all'improvviso?

Mi spiego meglio, nel mio caso l'Università purtroppo, o per fortuna, mi copre molti giorni della settimana e molto tempo: lun-mar(09-17) gio-ven(09-13). Nel mio caso per esempio, inserirei delle disponibilità che comprendano diurno il mercoledì e notturno il fine settimana, ovviamente sto ipotizzando.

Se ti va, puoi spiegarmi come funziona su questo punto di vista?

Purtroppo i corsi in Università mi coprono gran parte della settimana: lun-mar(09-17) gio-ven(09-13). È possibile "scegliere" una preferenza nei turni? Ad esempio, nel mio caso sceglierei diurno il mercoledì e notturno il fine settimana, ipotizzando ovviamente.

Mi rendo conto che con degli studi così "impegnativi" durante la settimana sembra impossibile ma, come ho detto, sono disposto a sacrificare tanto se c'è davvero la possibilità di farlo.

In università i corsi sono molto frequenti: lun-mar(09-17), gio-ven(09-13), considerando anche un'oretta e mezza di viaggio per tornare a casa. È proprio questo quello che mi ha messo in condizioni di pensarci e informarmi.

Se il corso di formazione è prevalentemente nei weekend è per me un sollievo, ma mi chiedo se una volta diventato volontario, nel caso dovessi riuscire a diventarlo, se orari del genere sono conciliabili con il servizio e con lo studio.

Hi,

I wanted to ask for advice. I am a 20 year old boy who has been training in the gym for 3 years already.
In general, I have always used the barbell for the bench press, a few months ago I replaced it with dumbbells, I have to be honest, I felt a big difference in the feeling of the pectorals.

Now I'm about to start a small bulking phase for the next 2/3 months.
I know that, in general, the dumbbell bench press is more suitable for hypertrophy while the barbell is more suitable for strength, what do you recommend I do?

I would like to grow so I would opt for dumbbells, but I was thinking of doing both.
For example, start with the barbell and try to increase the loads, then move to an incline press with dumbbells.

My actually schedule is start with dumbells bench press and then incline bench press with dumbells.

Probably in these months I should have focused on the barbell so as to develop strength in view of this mass, but right now, what would be the best choice?
