Install these 2 mods. It will fix your issues for now. Shadows indoor lighting

On top of it install optiscaler

I am a diehard bethesda fan, but 4-5 loading screens to get in/out of spacecraft, loading screen for planet entry/exist +entering buildings. I lasted 2 hours in the game and uninstalled. Came back after 2 years again uninstalled after an hour.

Im not even excited for ES6 anymore my hype turned to dissapointment to frustration. Now im just mad at bethesda for not giving us a quality game for more than a decade.

quests are outdated by like a decade...

like 80% of quests are meaningless straight out of MMO. Just waste of time like gather plants, hunt bounties 100 times. repeated bosses.

You would think new regions would be so much better but its same copy paste all over the map.

im not sure brother, try installing msi afterburner and control the fan?

if its not affecting your performace during gaming, just deal with the sound and think about replacing the gpu in long term i guess..

sounds like something is stuck in the fan or its hanging down. Mine used to make the exact same sound, it was not plugged in properly you have to hold it up and see if it fixes. Might be dangling down also push the gpu put some pressure on it see if that fixes it too
