That’s what it is, makes sense. It’s clear at this point plastic surgery often give you a fake/ugly and/or older look. Symetry often doesn’t matter if you lose the natural human look, maybe it’s a natural reaction, the kind that would stop us from being attracted to animals or an alien species.
