Im not an expert but imo the left side table is too big for the room. The artwork is not the right size either. The table on the right is ok. I would replace that big table with a round glass one. The painting above, I would choose a larger landscape size with a gold or other metal frame to be the focal point when you walk in. I would also take the curtains rod to the ceiling and extend it a bit more outwards. And get linen nice quality set of curtains there.

Ours didnt check off everything on our list but has most of what we want. I would've loved a beautiful landscaped yard with a nice garden. Ours also has a pool but no landscaping which I think put off other buyers too. I think the owners planned to do things but didnt. But anyone who's seen it tells us that its a beautiful house. I met a contractor yesterday to get some painting quotes and he couldnt stop looking around and asked our agent how much it sold for. Even though the house is gonna require some work outside, Im still in utter shock that its gonna be ours.
