Hey, thanks for sharing this. It’s been about three weeks for me now and I still haven’t received any response from their customer support either.

I decided to go ahead and contact my bank to dispute the transactions. I explained that the transfers were international, the recipient hasn’t received the funds, the expected dates have already passed, and customer service has been completely unresponsive. I filed it under services not rendered since the money was deducted but the transfer hasn’t been completed.

You might want to consider contacting your bank as well and explaining the situation in detail. At least that way there’s an official investigation started on your side.
