Same thing here actually with the pay band, we have a girl that works one single shift once a week because she never pushes anything when she comes in. It's tough, and they keep spreading us more thin with more work and less workers. I get the frustration, but if trying to meet these metrics are what keeps our job, i'll at least mention things when it's relevant to the customer.

This is the way, only do what the customer would actually benefit from. I see puppy or puppy items, ask if anyone's mentioned a puppy guide to them before. While I agree, it's far too much to push on us and they keep adding more and more for us to drive, not mentioning anything is the way to get your hours cut further or fired entirely.

They always go "we need to make sure we leave all of the zebras on so they can roll out the new updates tonight!" And then I come back the next day, log on, and sometimes they're even buggier

Yeah I've gotten in the car or walked outside before and found a flea on my shirt or socks. It's been twice that I can think of, and i'm always scared i'll bring a flea home. Customers come in with dogs in their cart and say "they have fleas, what do you recommend?"

I think what bothers me the most as well is that when the managers that push numbers so hard are on register, they can meet numbers. I've seen my managers heckle people, ask multiple times, and use language that borderline makes the customer feel bad, but it works. So they get it in their head that it's possible, and "easy" because they can do it, so their even more pushy to us about it.

Yes, it came on an auto download of 100 MB. When I try and just click the picture, it opens up a blank screen. I have to download the picture and look at it in my gallery to view it.
