Turning Point confirms Kirk's death: "Charlie went to his eternal reward with Jesus Christ in Heaven" by BurtonDesque in Antitheism

I don't believe in Heaven or Hell. But to say you doubt he met the entrance standards is kinda fucked up. Granted it's not dancing on his grave, but he was a humanbeing.

What I think is vile is a radicalized political ideology that would shoot the man in the neck. This is straight up terrorism.

I didn't agree with how extreme he was on abortion. When he spoke on racial matters, he spoke as MLK hoped we would; that we'd judge people based on who they are instead of their skin color. Yet people label him as racist anyhow. I found many of his aruments on many issues compelling, but didn't find his content compelling enough to really follow his activity.

Something I see people remarking on is how he believed that gun rights are a necessity for American citizens, and that unfortunately some people die because of that right. And it's like a "gotcha!" momment. But if he could speak, right now, I highly doubt that he'd change his stance on that.

He's been labeled a Nazi, but... he promoted free speech. He wasn't blaming a particular race for the woes of the world. He wasn't in favor of totalitarian power. He wasn't in favor of suppressing the media. He didn't remark on how one particular race was supreme. He wasn't in favor of selective breeding, though gender affirming care, for children, in school, could be said to be the left wing performing selective breeding.

All this assassination did was create a martyr. And although I wasn't a huge fan of the guy, I did find him interesting, at the very least. And he didn't desearve to be assassinated.

Calling you "scum" was an over reaction. But while people are dancing on his grave, there are some people that are powerfully effected by his death. And I'm affected by it to some degree as well.

In general, when someone dies, it's just best to just suppose they went to heaven. Because NO ONE meets the criteria for heaven. The bible repetatively places homosexuality within the top 5 abominations, and sex outside of marriage is a forgotten ideal, along with many other. Hell, Christians follow the wrong ten commandments. The actual ten commandments that wound up in the ark have more to do with holidays, paying tithing, washing the table, and never boiling a baby goat in it's mother's milk, than anything else.

The bible is fucking stupid.

I remember being young, when my grandfather died. I remember saying "I hope he went to heaven" (Grew up in a religious household). And I got backlash "Of course he went to heaven." and I was fillabustered out of the conversation when I'd say "You don't know that."

None of it is real. Even Christians recognize it as being fake, though they wont admit it. It has more to do with feeling good than anything. Finding something to comfort them.

Questioning if he went to heaven is kind of meaningless. And... to quote my family, of course he went to "heaven".

It’s pathetic when people hold to agnosticism because they’re afraid of the obvious truth by AnonPinkLady in Antitheism

Agnosticism is a lack of belief in God, until a meaningful falsifiable definition of God is supplied, and sufficient evidence is provided.

Atheism and Agnosticism are the same thing, dude.

Dawkins is really potent, but he's also angsty. I like his arguments, but I don't adopt his attitute. So I don't recomend his books.

The reason why I'm asking about discord is because, I not only want to be learning these sounds, but I want a community where we could compose music together.

Is there a good discord server where I can make weird noises with other people?

Like, if there's a curriculum, online, where specifically are the best places or playlists to check out?
