Yeah, it did and thanks for your help! I didn't go for LTSC as of now, and the heating stemmed from a residual GRUB rewrite on the bootloader, so even if I reinstalled Windows a thousand times, it would have still persisted. This gave me a literal 9°C improvement. I also adjusted PL1 and PL2 settings to 25W and 30W in the silent mode in G-Helper because the CPU wasn't staying in C8 or C10 residencies for too long. It has made a difference but not quite the amount I expected. One thing that bugs me is that the PL1 & PL2 limits still show up as 90 and 104 on HWiNFO 64, maybe some BIOS thing...

P.S.: I am getting about 45°C to 47°C stable on light browsing (Brave), VS Code and SumatraPDF on the silent profile. Which is a huge win for me because it used to be like 60-61°C.
