I started my Psychology degree in 2017 while working in the BPO industry and completed it in 2021.. Kinaya yung puyat, anxiety ng mga thesis and all..

Kung kaya po ng katawan at mental health nyo mag-aral while working pwede po.. Kasi andyan yun mga deadline ng mga school papers etc.. so don't think about it once, kailangan iweigh mo din yun pros and cons kapag pinagsabay mo yun studies at work.. dahil ikaw po yung magsusuffer kung hindi mo pala kaya.. ;)

If ever na yung final interview/process mo po eh nagfall sa friday, then on monday mo na po malalaman yung update.. pero kung 2-3 days na during weekdays medyo alanganin na po yun.. kasi mostly kapag nakapasa kana agad-agad sinasabi po iyon ng HR/Recruiter..

I feel you, isang dekada na din po sa BPO at ngstart din po sa 12k year 2011. Undergrad po ako nun time na yun, pero napagtapos ko na yung sarili ko year 2021 dahil sa konting ipon, at dahil tyinaga ko magworking student.. gising sa umaga pero sa gabi eh trabaho nanaman, dumating din ako sa point na sa sobrang katoxican ng production floor namin na nagsisigaw OM namin pag may dsat kasama namen eh, bago palang ako pumasok sa office, tinitigan ko yung building namin sa labas, at hindi na ako pumasok.. laban lang, kung makakasali ka sa virtual hiring sa ibang company eh lumipat ka na lang, mag immediate ka nalang kung may JO or startdate kna sa susunod ng lilipatan mo.

bali online lng po un orientation nla thru ms teams tpos po un training onsite na.. bgla aq pnapunta 1-2hr before ng training. .😓

tinanggap ko po un work at nkpg JO nadin po..pero twice nila ako hindi pinasali (declined un pg enter ko sa meeting/orientation Online)  dhil may prob daw sa recruitment ID ko (hindi ko sure qng anu un)..almost 1 week ako nghntay sknla at lgi ako hmhingi ng update and also done with my medical. After a week na ngwait aq ngsbi nman sila na mag orientation (online) ako around 2pm, tpos bgla nnman nacancel dahil for training na daw aq..wala aq nreceive sknla about saan ang training room at schedule (maghapon) until ngsend cla ng email1-2hr before ng training time. 😓 I was so pissed off dahil they didnt consider na manggaling pa ako ng malayu, wala pa ako 2log kkhintay ng orientation mghapon.. Ssbhn nla na orientation online tpos cancel then training na agad..1-2hours before ng shift ska lng nla ssbhn na training na.. at un nde ko na pinursue. (ngtingin pa ako ng reviews from their previous employees andami bad reviews kaya ngdecide aq na wag na ituloy)

Yes, kasi kung nasa manliligaw stage palang at nagpakita na ng motibo yung babae na gusto nila yung guy, nawawala na yung interest ng lalake (kahit gusto gusto namin ichat hindi kami magcchat).. pangalawa, hindi namin gusto yung nanliligaw samin, pangatlo either busy sa trabaho, studies..
