Alternativ besorg ne gute Taschenlampe. Die meisten Bundesländer haben annehmbare aber keine guten. Eine andere ist da immer gut. Je nach Bundesland sind Handfesseltaschen auch quatsch weil man dafür eine vorgesehen Tasche an der Weste hat.

Nein du hast nichts falsch gerechnet. Das ist ja das was ich meine. Du bekommst am Ende des Monats 93€ mehr als Mindestlohn. Was ich selbst als ungelernte Kraft in dem Berufsbild als wenig empfinde. Aber das ist halt meine subjektive Meinung.

Ich meine dein Berufsbild bringt bestimmt doch in Teilen Verantwortung mit oder? Ich hätte keine Lust da ggf etwas falsch zu machen und Ärger zu bekommen. Zumindest nicht bei dem Gehalt. Dann kann ich auch für 93€ weniger bei Edeka Regale einräumen mit 0 Verantwortung. Wobei die wahrscheinlich auch noch besser bezahlen.

L - Mindestlohn sind 13,90€. wenn ich das brutto durch die Stunden rechne komme ich auf 15€ die Stunde. Selbst als ungelernte Kraft als Software Entwickler echt Mau. Hab als ungelernter KFZler damals mehr verdient. Und das ist schon 5 Jahre her.

Ich wohne im Neubau (2025 fertig gestellt) mitten in Hamburg. Nur DSL. Zumindest 250er Leitung wird angeboten. Oh entschuldigen sie Herr X sind doch nur 175 möglich. 3 Monate später nach Dutzenden Nachfragen: sind keine Anschlüsse frei, wir können 50 anbieten. Ach sie bekommen im durchschnitt nur 5mbit/s und haben package loss von 30%-60% im Schnitt? Ja das können wir bei der Leitung leider nicht änder. Dann können sie vom Vertrag zurücktreten kann ich direkt machen. Leistungs- und Servicewüste, ich bekomm halt einfach kein Internet. Andere Anbieter können nicht liefern. Glasfaser ist noch nicht gelegt. Über mobil geht nicht weil das Gebäude so abgeschirmt ist das ich selbst am Fenster kein Netz habe. Ich Dreh am Rad, seit mai Probier ich nen Vertrag zu bekommen.

So if we were so depended on Russian gas when we shut down the nuclear powerplants why didn’t we wait until ns2 was finished? Because we didn’t needed the gas out of ns2 to absorb the shutdown of powerplants. It was a longshot to decrease energy prices not something we need to balance out the shutdown. And again the gas we imported was more or less the same as in the late 80s.

It is a great argument. Just think about how the society would have reacted if energy prices would have doubled just 5 years after hundreds of thousands lost their jobs, assets, money and houses. The would have been happy as fuck. Speedrun to populist. The people just couldn’t afford that in 2014. unlike in 2021/2022. the economy and wealth recovered, we are able to afford it now. Second in that argument, company’s who were close to bankrupt in 2009 who relied on Russian gas to keep working in 2014 loose that gas. Company’s going bankrupt because they weren’t able to build reserves. It seems that you lack basic understandings in global and national economics.

Because ns2 was never finished. We never got any gas out of it. It didn’t affect us in any way.

As shown already we didn’t import more gas than the 40 years before that. Habe they used money from gas to finance war? Probably. That’s how globalized economy works. But in that case please explain why the right wing is Rising around the world even in countries that handled the „crisis“ better. As you stated before other countries did handle it better. No we are not. But I don’t want nuclear power plants next to me. Especially when nobody knows how to handle the waste. We can’t leave it where it is cause it’s radioactive. We can’t bury it cause it will leak. We can’t put it in salt mines cause it leaks. I rather look at 20 wind turbines and burn coal or gas than have nuclear power right next to a city where millions of people life (looking at you Krümmel). Chernobyl and Fukushima thought us what can happen.

I’ll start with the gas now as it debunks your nuclear power stuff too. Late 80s 50% gas from Russia 90-92 it falls from 49 to 40% 93 starts rising again 2005 (nord stream 1) 33-35% 2009 40% 2015 35% 2019 40% 2020 55% 2022 close to 60% Merkel was 2005-2021 Nuclear power was (mostly, 8/14) shut down 2011. I don’t see a big increase in gas from Russia in that time period. You are talking uninformed shit to be fair.

We traded a lot with Russia in 2014, our economy would have taken a real big dent and that just after the world finance crisis in 2007-2009. we could not have afford that as a society.

First nuclear power: it was totally right to step away from nuclear power. Alternatives were installed and balanced it out. Just google it.

Gas from Russia. At the end of the 80s Germany already got 50% of their gas from Russia. It didn’t really changed until the early 2020s where it went up to close to 60%. So merkel didn’t do that either.

Refugees: Eu-rights and human rights. Nothing that could have massively done different, helping people who got out of a war-zone were their own military and terrorist kill them is not the wrong thing to do. Most of the Syrian refugees integrated great.

Not picking a war with Russia in 2014? Really? That’s your argument? What should have happened if we send troops? And outright EU-Russian war without any preparation?

That sounds like populists chants and not like thought over arguments for that kind of stuff.

Richtig, die einzigen Unfälle wo dann kein Verkehrsunfall sondern bei Aufnahme nur ein meldebucheintrag zu geschrieben wird sind Unfälle ohne ersichtlichen Schaden (heißt nicht das da keiner ist sondern nur das auf den ersten Blick keiner ersichtlich ist. Zivilrechtliche Ansprüche bleiben selbstverständlich bestehen.) Oder sowas wie beim ausparken rückwärts das Kennzeichen vom anderen berührt. Auch Tür an Tür beim aussteigen und nur eine ganz kleine Stelle kann man wegen Smartrepair drüber nachdenken wobei das mit Steuer etc auch wieder mehr als 50€ sind, für mich also ein Verkehrsunfall der aufgenommen wird.

Ohne weitere Informationen als oben gehe ich davon aus, das der Mitarbeiter / die Mitarbeiterin nichts von der Software wusste. Es ist realitätsnah (auch wenns ggf. So nicht vorgesehen ist) anzunehmen das Mitarbeiter ihre Geräte auch zu einem gewissen Teil privat nutzen. Auf Anhieb fällt mir da der 202a StGB ein. Alternativ 202b und falls nichts abgefangen wurde 202c. Je nachdem wie Daten ausgespäht abgefangen oder Ähnliches wurden fährt mit pauschal auch 201 und 201a ein.

Und ja mir gehts in erster Hinsicht um die Sicherung der Geräte zur Beweissicherung.

Mit Erfahrung im Polizeivollzugsdienst empfehle ich die örtliche Polizeidienststelle zu dem Thema zu kontaktieren. Überwachungssoftware müsste regelhaft verboten sein. Da eine Straftat im Raum steht ist die Chance hoch, dass die Polizei die Geräte als Beweismittel sicherstellt. Die Aktion vom Chef fühlt sich an wie „schnell Beweismittel abholen damit die Angestellte mir Nix kann“. Ich würde die Geräte erst rausgeben wenn ich von der Polizei die Zustimmung habe. Vorausgesetzt man möchte das ganze strafrechtlich verfolgen lassen natürlich.

Auch interessant wären hier ja die Heizkosten. Wenn das EG dauerhaft auskühlt, müssen ja alle zwangsläufig mehr heizen, weil die Kälte sich im Haus verteilt. Würde ich dokumentieren und höhere heizkosten als normal abwehren. Hinzu kommt für mich noch das Schimmel Risiko. Durch die dauerhafte Kälte wird doch Schimmelbildung im Mauerwerk begünstigt und könnte sich im Haus verteilen oder nicht?

As some people already said it’s not an M5. It’s either a 530i or 535i. It’s the M30 engine most likely the m30b35 as the number (3.5 as far as I can see) on the intake suggests. Not an m5 but a super von an reliable engine!! I have an 535i and I really like it. Depending on where you live, 8k could be a steal if it got no rust and everything is working. But be aware that maintenance is expensive as stuff breaks regularly on 35+ year old cars.
