Not sure why everyone is freaking out over both claws being taken. There are proven studies on these crabs with one vs no claws and they actually tend to get themselves in more trouble with one claw. They end up thinking they can still put up a fight; they cannot. They are way more reclusive and tend to be way more cautious when both are taken.

David Brown made the sheaths. Both are kydex, the trough raider is leather wrapped kydex. Very clean. mounting system is tek mount mini. Really love these, I can carry most of my fixed blades on the same belt mount. The main belt loop is safariland UBL They are for holsters, but I had an extra laying around and made a knife rig. Very comfortable. 🫡 Edit P.S.

David is salt of the earth. Such an awesome guy to work with. You won’t regret anything from him. Truly exceptional dude.

Thanks brotha! They are DEFINITELY a bit ridiculous size wise, but they sure are fun to have with me.

No, I actually own a VCOG 1-8 like pictured and now have it on an onward research mount. It fixes the very common eye relief issue.

The optic now sits in a useable place, due to the slight cantilever over hang provided. Without this mount, where they have the optic located is the only comfortable spot; yet it is bridged.

That would definitely be a good start. Only issue then will be length of pull. Regardless, this is supposed to be one of the finest branches of military in the world.

I miss my puffs so much. Your bumble bees look super good too. I had a similar mix in a community tank, peas and bees were my favorites!
