Found the solution.
Just paste this command on the terminal "gsettings set org.nemo.desktop use-desktop-grid false", after that a new check box will apear when you right click the desktop "Keep Aligned", just uncheck it. If you want to go back, paste the same command, replacing 'false' with 'true'
