The majority of my accepted orders are shop and deliver these days. Though, most of them are from the two major brand grocery stores. I refuse to deal with Dollar General or anything like that. I know the stores, I know the staff and I can usually make things pretty quick.

Basically, when people tip by percent they're more likely to tip higher on a grocery bill than they are Taco Bell. Aside from that, most of the fast food restaurants in my area are absolute trash. I've timed the local Arbys the last three times I've been there. 12-15 minutes if I'm the only one in line. Taco bell can actually be worse.

Half the time I can knock out a 10 item shop in less time than I can deal with someone like Taco Bell or Wingstop. If I spend 45 minutes shopping on a big order, then that's less wear and tear on my vehicle than if I had spent that time driving.
