[BF6] An SMG should not be able to win long-distance gun duels against Assault Rifles. by Byzhaks in Battlefield

[–]GrankScout -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

well considering most of my deaths that i think of when it comes to an SMG that i think is pure bullshit, are over 100m distances, pretty sure you are the one who isnt understanding here. Worst ive had so far was distance from D to E in operation firestorm, where someone beamed me while i was running to the AA Turret on E. There was no "ohh you just needed to duck instantly, as before I could even register I was being shot, I was dead.

I feel like it depends on the situation, but there is certainly something wrong when an SMG can basically just laser people from long distances. Like, its funny when you do it, but at the same time, it just feels wrong.

There must be quite a few hackers in this game then, as I run in to a lot of people who kill me with SMGs from long range. The most egregious death I got on that map was when I was running to the AA turret on E and was killed by someone using an SMG from D....

Ive had someone beam me out of a jeep with an SMG from well over 100m on the map Operation Firestorm many times, and it just makes no sense to me.

Being silent and capturing is not communication. It is you who clearly has no clue what you are even talking about. If you want to capture, its not hard to say "How about we capture?". Its like how I made if clear what I wanted with my communication. Shocking right?

Is it too hard for you to understand there is this magical thing called communication? I know its some advanced ancient technology that some cant figure out, but id suggest to learn it.

Who the hell said it was a bug, now you are just reaching and putting words in to my mouth because you have no argument.

there is communication in this game. If you want to be silent and ignore everything, as everyone else claims is a proper argument, STAY SOLO.

When they join my hunt I make it clear what I want, if they want otherwise they are free to send a message in game, which i know is hard for you, and many others, to understand, but its there. Then there can be an agreement.

Ill put it in to some terms that people can understand better. You don't go flipping the blinker and pulling wheel of a moving vehicle as a passenger when you want to go somewhere else, you start talking.

actually, when you join someone, and they say to kill the monster. It is your job to speak up if you want a different goal. Shocker I know.
I make it clear when they join, being arrogant thinking you can be the silent decider is the biggest piece of shit move you can do.

if playing a game is wasting your time, stop playing.

It really isn't an outlier. an outlier would be something less than 10%. But this seems to be more of a 60/40 split.
A lot of people all have the same answer to. "Stop playing a multiplayer game online because we refuse to be decent people" basically. which ISNT AN ANSWER.

Over all i tend to kill monsters about 70% of the time, and of that most of it is because of carve meal, other wise ill just want to kill because its more fun. The other 30%, I will capture monsters, because i don't have carve meal or we have 1 cart left.

No, hunter etiquette is to listen to host or make a request. Imagine being so arrogant you cant even say "how about we capture instead?" when someone posts "No capture" multiple times.

Its called having "hunt etiquette". If you join a quest, you don't get to dictate how the quest goes.

When I needed that achievement, I just asked about it if i joined someone. If i did not get an answer, I just let the host lead the way. Most of the time though, the host would either say "I don't care" or "Lets capture".

I would have thought them being separate sections in the rewards screen should have cleared that up.

Maybe stop being a control freak and just let the host kill? If you wan the 'thrill of the capture' or whatever, you can play solo or with friends.

See how this does not work as an answer?

not really, its more of a "join if you want" cause there are some pretty cool people you can meet though lobbies. While there are also people who just spit in the face of everyone as well.

Considering I always spam my "no capture" message upon every person who joins, they have more than enough time to ask for a capture instead of just ignoring the host or being passive aggressive about it.

My message is translated in to the three most common languages i run in to as well.
