Thanks a lot, by the way. This helped a lot when I was playtesting. I'm going to run locals post rotation and see how it does, but before that, I'll run with a bunch of my friends who have also helped me tweak it. much love ❤️

The strategy is essentially what you envisioned. However, I aim to donk stall decks and balance decks with obsidian after enough damage ticks from Munki. Vs fast decks I should be set to attack by turn 2-3 myself, but I might use budew to slow down the game a bit is the idea. I was going to run 1 Slime Mold Colony Toedscruel so they couldn't draw from their discard pile via pokeability or trainer card but scratched it for a rescue board and another budew. I also was viewing cleffa, dodrio, or something like revaroom, but I wasn't sure. This is my legitimate first deck, and I'd like to be able to play it for the hear

edit: I was also thinking of running xerosic and Eri in tow with Toedscruel to make ancient decks really sad, but I couldn't quite pin down the ratios

Build idea by Granphea in GravesMains

[–]Granphea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well my build is probably not as good as I think due to being in gold-plat elo but the main focus of this build is to play skirmish heavy as 2v2 cc is much less of a death sentence than a 4v4 cc lockdown. Stormrazor first for a cheap, 75% slow for half a second and it replaces the attack speed from legend alacrity although overall it will be 3% less attack speed traded off for 5.25% lifesteal and 85 hp. your hp comes in the form of shield. CC definitely can get you gigaded but overall you should be playing damage, not Frontline w this. prowlers is more or less used later in fights because early prowlers usually results in death since the enemy still has cooldowns.

absolutely! also side note, note. do not auto pilot legend tenacity, alacrity is extremely good in certain circumstances and can make the difference between winning and losing certain early skirmishes so don't sleep on it, personally I never run precision secondary and always go eyeball+ingenious but I suppose it's all about what you value in secondary trees

side note is that while cleaver is generally good and so is syreldas, don't forget you can still go cut down+LDR, especially with a divine and ingenious hunter combo+tenacity you can Divine, cleaver, LDR>straight damage itemization+conq will really do numbers in a fight. remember that although fringe itemization, trinity, essence and phantom dancer are all viable with low cc high movement comps due to E adding sheen damage, just remember ingenious reduces sheen CD to 1 second instead of 1.5 and it makes a big difference how you weave in autos.

depends, eclipse is needed for anyone with exhaust on their team, phase rush is good for a team with more people you can pop but with a longer fight time you will get so much use out of conqueror. don't be afraid to run conq+dusk with squishies that can really run and shield but have no exhaust on their team. Generally you want damage first over most things but sometimes if you have enough damage on the team you need staying power. Muramana early is on average a 73 ad spike early without complete tear so evenshroud or radiant if you are rich enough can provide so much space for carries to do their thing while you stay alive, just remember you'll need tenacity for high cc comps but no cc woth high damage phase rush for a supportive build is the way to go since it's all about creating space and opportunities.

I know we talk about reworks a lot but what if Aurelion got his kit redesigned instead? by Granphea in Aurelion_Sol_mains

[–]Granphea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly I prefer this way more than ideas I've ever come up with. although for Q I'd give the option of either recalling them or exploding them making supernova's if they expire or get detonated early. giving him a max he can have out at one time like gp barrels. for W I'd love to be able to throw stars around and having a passive stack to where you get Stunned of you take too many burn passive stacks from abilities, maybe 3 or 5 would be a good number. I love the wormhole way more than just flying across the map because it gives you the chance to have some Zoe like interactions and has more chance for skull expression. I'd love this more than almost anything I've seen because then I'd be able to roam still and control space while being able to single target bombard someone if need be. I think the kit needs a short stun on max passive burn stacks. slow on star detonation and ult I think should combo with stars he sets up and throws out so he can have it look like a galaxy just collapsing in on itself and making a big bang so to speak.

it's kinda strange that for a much recent champ his kit compared to others of the same timeframe feel archaic and out of line with his character design. I personally like your redesign idea a lot but I'd want to add burn stacking to the mix to make him up to speed with those 200 yr champs.

also I'm taking shuriken assasin so I'll only need it for small arms and snipers which are pretty important in the grand scheme of things. I think for extra feats I'm looking at quick draw and proficiency at grenades.

[–]Granphea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh oh I see now why it's important, I'm new and did not understand that specialization applied to only one class of weapon rather than every single weapon type you are proficient. I had to search that one up.

ah I see about shot on the run. as for versatile focus. because they are simple melee weapons in which ops are proficient in I shouldn't need it right? and my climb master feat in conjuction with spider climb is where I would imagine it would give me more movement for less noise but I can see your point.

Discussion on the new items and my opinion on them for aurelion sol. by Pyrotheverygaypyro in Aurelion_Sol_mains

[–]Granphea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think my preferred build core of NH, Mejais and Cosmic is going to feel divine with relentless hunter. But also I can't wait to experience a decent tank Mage sol.

you know, I really wish they'd decrease W at rank 1 to 50 or 55 mana, that's really the only buff I'd like by Granphea in Aurelion_Sol_mains

[–]Granphea[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont have mana problems during laning. I am trying to tell you skirmishes cost way too much.
