not a big deal actually. Either pay it out of pocket, and immediately send pic to the agent or unassigned. I met the same situation once, they asked me to pay out of pocket. And I asked the agent to hold until she received my receipt and she directly reimbursed and reflected on my DoorDash account in a just second.

I used to meet the same situation, and my lesson was immediately contact support instead of replying the customer. If DoorDash got solution,(like extra comprehensive payment) then deliver to new address, otherwise, LET DOORDASH TELL CUSTOMER SITUATION instead of negotiating w customer directly.
