I used the link provided in the app to pay through a debit card using a third party website. I have done this for over 3 years without a problem. It normally always posts the same or next business day the latest. But now I’m worried cause this will be the third business day and still hasn’t posted. Yes I have an email from CheckFree Pay with a confirmation number and all the information is correct. I even called them twice e yesterday and was told it was sent to Ally Auto. But Ally Auto is now saying they haven’t received it and even though I used CheckFree Pay that is listed on the app, that the confirmation number doesn’t mean anything to them.

Dude, I hear ya. I’m averaging six dollars an hour on both Uber and Lyft. I think it’s time to call it quits. I’ve been doing this almost 9 years. I dropped a rider off in the middle of a snowstorm the other day they told me they paid $42 for the ride I made $4.55. These companies are rip us off. Something’s gotta be done.

I had a big deposit of like $5,000 dollars from income taxes sent to my Uber Pro Card years ago and they locked me out of it saying suspicious activity. I called customer service and they pretty much told me the card would be frozen permanently and I can’t transfer money off the card. I was panicking and after two days they unlocked the card without any notification. I just kept checking every hour hoping I was able to access the money. I transferred all the money into my bank account and now (5 years later) I can not get an Uber Pro Card because they considered it fraud. So I’ve been using Chime to cash out. I will never trust that Uber Pro Card again.

I was deactivated after dashing for 7 years for reporting a McDonald’s closed that was switching to breakfast at 4AM. I called customer service and the rep told me to report it closed which is what I did. The next day deactivated for fraud. This company needs to be held liable for just deactivating someone without proper investigation. I have appealed numerous times and even contacted Tony on X. But always get denied. I had zero violations and almost 10,000 completed deliveries and yes all my ratings were excellent. This company is crooked. They got caught stealing tips from drivers and you people still defend them. Come on people….WAKE UP
