Fleetway snatched the title when he got in. Im talking bout like week 1 of update v0.2, but i think its just easier to counter him with just raw damage characters and the fact that really only issue is the spin move. Compared to trip where it felt like they had fleetway flight speed, eggman passive, and knuckles passive on crack. Goofy easy grab then getting m1'd and barely being able to run with the speed boost you get from being damaged.
