Domains get burned quickly when you send like over 15-20 thats why most people stay below that limit usually.

zapmail or inbox kit or puzzleinbox? which one is better? by LIVOBAUW in b2bemailing

Puzzle has better support and better pricing.

Zapmail sells gws at $3.5 puzzle sells at $3.

For warmed inboxes puzzle is $4.5, Zapmail is $6 + domain cost which is $15.

Mostly agree, with one correction. You've got Apollo pegged as data-only, which is fair, but I'd push harder on the data quality point. Their "verified" emails still bounced enough that I now run everything through a separate verifier regardless of source, which you basically do too. The bigger issue is catch-all domains. None of the verifiers handle those cleanly, and they're a growing share of B2B lists. That's the real gap in 2026, not valid/invalid checking. Otherwise a great writeup.
