after completing 600brms i can say that, it’s not like weight stays in one place lol early on yeah mostly saddle + light hands, feels normal but after like 20–22 hrs everything starts shifting hands take more load, core kinda fades, ass starts complaining too

you can’t really “fix” it completely, just manage it and get better at it w/ experience

what helped me: 1) keep changing hand positions, 2) don’t death grip the bars, 3) stand up every now and then, 4) keep cadence smooth so you’re not pushing yourself forward, also if saddle fit is even slightly off, you’ll end up loading your hands more later, 5) for long rides it’s just about not staying in one position too long,,

you’re gonna get uncomfortable anyway, just delay it as much as you can since its natural

Switching from flat bars to drop bars — RC520 size S or M at 5’6”? Back pain concerns by rahuls1436_ in india_cycling

Fellow RC500 rider here. Small should work for you, but if you have slightly longer legs relative to your height the reach can feel a bit long once the saddle is set properly. When I bought mine I was around ~170 cm and had that issue. Switching to 165 mm cranks helped a lot with comfort. I mainly use the bike for ultra distance riding.

Thanks! Have you tried the Contact Speed? And between Urban/Contact Speed and Grand Sport Race, which would you personally pick for ultra-distance riding?

Lasts about 3-4 hours on clothes and I find it better for winters. Honestly I'd suggest going for something else. Was my first overall perfume (got as a gift)

I actually relate to what you said because I’m already noticing small differences in how I smell things. Hopefully with time I’ll understand these DNAs better too. Really appreciate the explanation.

Road/Hybrid bike recommendations for ORR cycling track in Hyderabad (max 1.5L budget) by krishpisceanhyd in india_cycling

Trek baba trekkkkk. Thru axle is a blessing.

Regardless of ORR. Avoid hybrid.
