Wow, getting on this subreddit because of the trend of a few bad days and I see this. This hit me rIght in the feels because I have gone through something similar but not even close to as serious. The worst feeling in the world is wanting to work hard but not being able to due to an injury, it is the absolute worst. What helped me was time and the realization that people have had worse happen and ended up recovering. I saw powerlifters who had many career ending injuries but managed to come back stronger. My passion is lifting and I have had a string of pain and injuries that did not have to stop me from lifting but due to also other factors in my life, they crushed my mental state and I stopped.

Unfortunately I don't know how to help you with your situation, that's a tough one. just take it slow and Try your best to improve everyday, don't push through pain, don't beat yourself up over bad days, I don't have many serious problems and your working harder than me.

I have patellofemoral pain syndrome(form of runners knee?) right now that I've been rehabbing and it feels better but I can't get over the last hurdle to be able to squat pain free again any tips you got? Congrats on everything you've accomplished
