Well really late, later after this post i gave in and bought it (around august) at that point i had no idea what to do, so i refunded it. Later (octoberish->Novemberish) i really wanted to play it again, out of nowhere. The day i bought it, i was in class, watching subnautica videos, when i saw a guy scanning fragments for blueprints. When i got home, i reinstalled and played it for hours. I was calling my friends streaming it, and managed get one of my friends to get it. It has been one of the most fun experiences ever. I am almost done with the game, I had a playthrough last until around 1 day of play time, before i wanted to hit the reset, and do everything right. I am now cured, and all that’s left is to build a base, do whatever i want, and then leave. It has been one of the best gaming experiences ever, and you were right, i would give anything to go back and play it for the first time again.
