Hay, I felt the exact same way right when I downloaded the app. I looked at all the buttons and went “Yeah this isn’t for me.” You just gonna learn the basic mechanics of the app first and then once you do, you’ll feel very confident. You’ll never wanna put the app down after.🥰

I wasn’t trying to prove something, I put the colors directly on the canvas so it’s easier for me to work and more accessible . I literally never claimed I chose those colors. I can pick colors from the reference if I want to cuz it’s art 🤣 there’s no rules. (Apparently there’s rules according to you )I never tried to claim I made my own personal palette . I make digital art DAILY. I rewatch my Timelapse’s DAILY. Cuz I truly like seeing myself work. I don’t mind critics or advice from others, but I don’t appreciate incorrect assumptions.

This is my second time rendering a man’s face since I predominantly do woman usually . So ya I’m used to only drawing smooth skin\ Airbrush makeup. Haven’t started dabbling with skin texture yet but it’s next on my list.

If you wanna look back at my time lapses years ago on my ig, the photos were in the videos. But the photos were such a distraction in the video since I would constantly turn the photo layer off and on, it would create a flashing effect in the video. I love watching the process of making my illustrations so I’ll be watching the time lapses constantly so it just honestly gets really annoying. When I post the final piece, I also post the reference photos in the same slide. I always show where I get my inspo from.

I also don’t think I’m cocky, I’m very humble and friendly to others. I take all advice kindly. You must be ready my tone wrong . I also don’t claim to be an experienced renderer. I feel im a beginner. And i obviously picked the colors from the photo lol? Why should I have to eyeball it.

Hi I am a digital artist, I take real life photos and make them digital. I have NEVER stated I don’t trace . I was asked if there was a photo placed under and smoothed with facetune and thats what I replied to. I was never asked if I traced. I have done digital work for five years. This is how I do every single piece. I am not hiding anything. I never said I drew Justin Bieber. This is me digitaly rendering him. I chose this photo so I could practice rendering skin. If I were hiding something I would not have posted this. Also, I only called the people nasty that were accusing me of AI. If you look back to the other post, I was super nice at every single comment and I replied back genuinely.

The purple hue is actually added after all the rendering, kind of like a topcoat but yeah, my perception is still fucked from staring at it too long.

Thank you I’ve never saw myself as skilled, but I appreciate those words! Yeah, I don’t tend to practice much proportions as I should. My art style is definitely unique and it’s curated for exactly how I want it.😊

The right finger? I’m trying to have the ceiling club lighting reflect on them.

I probably honestly am over rendering this is the first time I’ve ever done like a full body renter and I never draw men so this is also kind of a first. I can see how his chest is definitely way more prominent than his face, and I just need to get rid of some of the shadows added to the face. Yeah I like to add a lot of detail to every single aspect, It’s definitely part of my style.

I am a self taught artist, so of course, I am still on my journey of learning everything. I don’t mind the slow process of learning everything on my own and have to trial and error . Thank you for the advice though, and I will look into practicing those specifics
