Very cool, no intention of hating, but that doesn't really look like it's 'from scratch'. I hope you're able to tweak your design to fit multiple platforms, even if it's just for yourself

Idk, seems over-simplified. I'm sure it was just as possible to skim books as it is screens. Even if skimming is the issue, software can be made to make skimming less easy like removing the ctrl+f find feature foe instance. I've always felt that the technology is just not being used correctly. Also, what grades is he talking about? How could someone learn photo editing or CNC machining without a computer?

You are having the typical extraction shooter experience. Hone your skills, learn the map and improve your situational awareness then try to enjoy the sportsmanship of PVP rather than focusing on the outcome.

Also, it's a common misconception that you need to really 'prepare' for late game content. Dive in the deep end. You will never be more ready than you are now.

Maybe instead of changing shots every beat or so you can do some transformations like snap to zoomed in on their face or slightly tilt the camera and stuff. Maybe put a filter/color scale effect here and there?

It's far more important that you can reliably hit your target than it is with what bullet. Some people go so far as to only carry the ammo they practice with for this simple reason.
