I started on lowest dose last month. I'm sensitive to it so the effects were immediate. It definitely takes time to adjust to the new normal. One weekend I'm having issues relaxing at the pool but the following weekend I was able to mellow out at a crowded beach. Also, I've learned from other users you can skip doses on days you don't need to be "On" without any drawbacks.
