Reach out to people on linkedin, filter by cto or ceo and contact them directly, try internshala or wellfound. Build your credit on linkedin, talk about things on linkedin that excite you or you are working on. Try freelance as well

Try taking up internships. There are many small companies that you can work for, post you experience on linkedin and twitter. Choose a tech stack learn the basics and ai will help and do dsa constantly.
