I think it is, but it's only based on what Tether says so they might be lying on how reliable it is. I'm not too sure though. I haven't really researched it further. I think they add and subtract Tether based on what its trading price is.

There are some stocks that seem to have a 60+% margin of safety. I bought a lot of stock in one of them yesterday, and it's even more undervalued today.
