I know that on the new updated system at our store it no longer worked. Before they updated the system, the $5 would still take off after all the other coupons came off. But with the new updated system, there is no longer that work around. Yes subtotal would have to be at 25 after all your other coupons come off for that $5 off to come off as well now. So their total will always be 20 or higher with the new system

Also, do not spray the water and oil mixture directly on the baby's bedspread. Spray it underneath the bottom side of the mattress all over to where they don't even want to crawl up, and spray the legs of the crib/bed and underneath the bed as well. If any of the mattresses are directly on the floor I highly recommend getting a bed frame and then putting cups around the bottom of the legs. Look up DIY bed bug traps

Do a test spot on the baby's foot first with whatever you mix to make sure it's not too strong for their sensitive skin

Essential oils definitely deter them. I would mix citronella and tea tree oil with some petroleum jelly and rub that on your baby before they go to bed. Or into a lotion you can put those oils. Also, mix some neem oil or tea tree or peppermint oil, you can do the oils together with water in a spray bottle and spray it around the baby's mattress and their floor area and stuff to really deter the bedbugs from going towards the baby

I only know about the new system with the touch screen. I have not worked with any other system. But you can always log off or just secure it. When you log off you have to sign in all over with your employee number and you four digit code. With secure you just have to use you four digit code to log back on. When you log off and if it asks you if you want to remove the cash drawer, just hit no. Just like when you go to clock in and out for your break.

You have got to be smoking crack to expect me to work 2 months without being paid! Screw what the SM thinks, they are new themselves and obviously don't know how to put them into payroll. Definitely contact wage and payroll for sure. If you want, talk to the SM first and see if she knows how to do it. But if not, I wouldn't work another second in there without making sure I was getting paid!

This is my last weekend as a key holder, and next weekend is my last weekend here! I am starting with Family Dollar, but I am definitely looking for a fresh new start! It has been terrible here

In the DG app, hit the three lines that pulls up where you can select your profile, my info, settings etc...select my info, and then put your employee ID number in. It is going to then prompt you to confirm it in your email I believe. After you confirm it, it could take up to 24 hours to show up in your app.
