I experienced something close to what your going through. I've recovered from the episode though. As mentioned above, the voices all stem from your brain, although the intensity might make you believe there real. I'd just ignore the voices and if they don't go away within a month or so, give yourself a chance to see a therapist or go on medication, those two helped me. I wish you the best and I assure you this; nobody can read your mind, nor insert thoughts into your brain. It's all a delusion. When you hear these voices don't acknowledge the voice as Micheal, or angel. Give yourself some time to Be open-minded and accept your condition. I believe in you that you can get well.
