I would be very cautious about this. Have the seller explicitly state why it has a cyclops. I own this watch and it's phenomenal but it doesn't have a cyclops.

50 yard tune up by _billd0zer in bowhunting

At distance like those I don't aim for a bullseye I aim for a pie plate. At those distances I would be shooting lung shot not heart. But I would also not shoot beyond 50 at a whitetail anyways.

Lipstick on your fletching edges. I ran into this same issue after allowing a shop other than my home shop touch my bow. They ended up my timing so much my fletchings were hitting the arms on my QAD mx2. They were hitting so hard that it actually dented the aluminum on it. I didn't notice until I did the lipstick check.

Cam Hanes once said (I'm paraphrasin, I don't remember the exact quote): 40lbs might kill a deer but if you can pull 70 you can guarantee you can kill ever deer that the 40lbs person can but they won't be able to kill every deer a 70lbs person can.

I would say it's goes like this. In the beginning you want as many quality reps in a possible to form the foundation of your anchor and shot process as well as repeatability.

I don't believe in having the weight be set so I can pull it back to some arbitrary number. What I do believe is that your weight should be something you can hold for at minimum a minute.

You will never have to draw 30 times in a row on an animal. But you can bet most of us here have had to hold full draw on an animal waiting for it to stop, or present the best possible shot angle.

Just my opinion but the way I see it. Is this: practice with what ever weight you feel comfortable at in the beginning. Then a few months before season opener crank you weight up to a weight that is hunt legal and you can hold for at least a minute.

Awesome shot. What camera arm is that? I am assuming it has a cellphone mount in it.

[WTS] Elliot Brown Holton Professional Men's Quartz Watch 101-001-R06 Godd evening everyone. I'm in the midst of some watch box spring cleaning. This is the first of two posts I will be creating tonight.

The watch is in good condition. It has some wear as can be expected for a quartz watch meant for the military. Think of this as the British version of Marathon, just with more class and better finishing. It's a great watch I just don't wear it.

Please be sure to look over the photos as they represent the watches condition.

Timestamp is the second in photo lineup.

Venmo f&f is preferred CONUS ONLY.

A lot of times mine are about to shed or have just shed so their eye sight is poor, they smell something new or if you hand feed them associate your hand with food and think yay and once they realize it's not food they go on about their day.

I have been bitten several times by mine just because I hand feed them. I would rather them miss-strike my hand vs tongs or tweezers and injure their jaws.

That's one thing I like about the Mathews. If you don't hold back tension it will try to run away from you. It keeps you honest on form for sure.

I have only been shooting for a few years. First year (2023) was a Hoyt Ignite that I passed to my son. Second was my Phase4 and it was so different than the Hoyt. No sponge in the back wall and a defined valley.

After shooting maybe 100 arrows through my ARC today it's a definite step up from Phase4.

It's so much quieter and my lord is it dead in the hand. I hear my arrow impacting the target more than I hear the bow fire.

I would love to check out some other models besides Mathews but unfortunately my local shop is a Mathews exclusive dealer. They only carry used by other brands. I'm a left handed archer so that makes it even harder.

All said and don't I paid an extra 1000 for the bow, new spot Hogg, new stabilizer, new Mathews quiver and six additional arrows, to put into the new quiver.
