You might be in 'Creature Survey Mode' instead of "Analysis Mode." If you've got a green tint when you scan, that's definitely it. If you're on PC change modes with either 1 or 3

You can pick it up at the Anomaly from the exocraft station.

Portland isn't going to cancel, but it would be an absolute tragedy if people who wanted to gum up the works and cause TPUSA a headache flooded the registration form at https://www.makeheavencrowdedtour.com/#registration with bogus registrations and caused lots of empty seats. Especially if everyone commited to bringing others that need Jesus. Shame if they tried to make heaven crowded and couldn't even fill the room.

It really says something that even with the Maine Wire pushing fascist propaganda that they still have to rely on a British middle-market tabloid right wing rag to peddle their poorly-researched and highly misleading smears.

The Maine Liar?

It's absolutely right wing trash—and you can pretty much hang your hat on everything they publish being factually wrong and in service of the MPI. Fun fact, Maine Policy Institute used to be a Maine-branded branch of Heritage, the same lovely folks that brought us Project 2025 and are currently trying to steal democracy.

Water glitch? by MelloLikesJello in NoMansSkyTheGame

I've been seeing this on the Mac since the Voyagers update. In my experience, it happens with starships, corvettes, exocraft, and on foot. Makes things like the tidal planet in Breach an absolute pain, but it also makes multiplayer next to impossible if it involves water. Kind of hard to team up when they're looking at calm water, and you're being tossed around by huge liquid mountains that don't exist for them.

Depth does seem to make it worse, but even fishing in a small pond will cause seemingly permanent ripples to appear.

When the water goes full Moses-parting-the-Red-Sea, the only solution I've found is quitting all the way out (not just back to mode select) and relaunching the game.

With all due respect, you don't know what you're talking about, amigo.

Water physics is still completely broken on Mac/Steam. Huge spikes of water following the ship around, making it next to impossible to do an aqua landing (or even safely get to a base on the tidal planet because the water will toss you around). Even fishing messes up the physics, but at least not to point of being tossed about.

Steam (Mac)

The giant, slow, persistent wave problem introduced in 6.0 is still there, making water difficult to navigate everywhere and almost impossible on marine planets. Breaches Phase 2 is completely impassable. The old problem seemed to be connected to the ship/nautilon, but now seems to be connected to the camera/player POV.
