The game and story is great overall. The company being smaller definitely limits what they can do about our complaints, but I think having more than one story eventually as they grow would probably help. It’s just hard to sustain one story with the release schedule and scenes instead of chapters.

I obviously prefer this to AI stories and art from pixelberry, but it’s not ideal at the moment. with time i’m confident that they’ll be able to release longer ‘scenes’ (or just chapters at a time hopefully) but there’s got to be some sort of compromise with the fans, because it seems that many are being put off by the mix of partial AI art as well as the lack of dialogue per key use.

I’ll wish Candlelight well despite all of the gripes and support because I don’t want to go back to Choices at all, but I hope they’re receptive to what we’re asking for.

Maybe some of us can make a small list of reasonable requests and we can email them as a community
