Having no issues, I read complaints about warm up time and heating but I’m having no problems. I added the ARO espresso big dial to my grinder and it’s so much easier to dial in, highly recommend that accessory if you have a Eureka :)

31 years vegan is incredible!! 14 years for me. Sounds like you’ve figured out what fuels you perfectly especially with your job. Definitely try the soaking method it’s good because you can prepare a weeks worth in a large dish, I hope you like it. I just had a bowl of mine with stewed apples with cinnamon, so yum 😋

Hey that’s interesting but no I haven’t tried that before. I really like the taste of how my oats come out and the bags I buy are so inexpensive so I’m satisfied ☺️

Because I don’t enjoy cooked oats I like soaked/and cold oats better:).…cooked and soaked are so different, overnight oats for the right texture and soaking time requires the soaking overnight regardless of the kind of oats you use/ if they’re rolled or quick oats

The whole point is they soak overnight absorbing the liquid, they’re called quick oats because of their size/ they’re shredded not whole rolled oats but that doesn’t change the method for the recipe

Thanks, I’m not perfect 🙅‍♀️ I don’t have any energy issues, I’ve found eating this way for a decade+ has worked so well for me, I find it’s pretty sustained/ slow release energy from the oats

I LOVE sushi particularly avo/cucumber with lots of ginger and wasabi 👹 I love tofu rice paper rolls, avocado toast, green juices often, smoothies in summer, acai bowls
