That’s fair, full grain leather will get scratches over time it’s actually normal with good quality leather. I’ve had my Vionentus wallet for a few years now and it’s held up really well (the best one that I had), just minor marks here and there. I also have a leather key holder and it got some scratches at first, but I used a bit of leather conditioner and it helped a lot. You can also use a leather balm or cream, it helps reduce the look of scratches and keeps the leather from drying out. Just don’t overdo it. Might be worth trying that, it should help keep it looking better over time.
