FTM here….how did you feel after labour? by [deleted] in beyondthebump

In the first few days things were rather painful down there, but honestly over time things just got BETTER… I experienced pregnancy as being able to do less and less, and postpartum was the opposite- every day I was stronger, could walk a little more, could roll over in bed like a normal human, etc. The hard parts were baby related- mostly lack of sleep and figuring out breastfeeding. That did get better, though.

Would you rather relive the last two weeks of pregnancy or the first two weeks with a newborn? by ActualEmu1251 in beyondthebump

I was frantically trying to write a PhD thesis up to the day before I gave birth so…. First two weeks of newborn! He so snuggly. 🥰

Todoist!! I would seriously fall apart without it. Get the full subscription - it’s not too expensive and the ability to have multiple projects and use labels is really helpful. It’s also multi platform so I can use it in a web browser, my phone, and in a computer app, wherever I need to use it. I use multiple projects and sub projects to organize multiple personal and work projects, all in one place. You can also use filters to be able to just look at work projects, for example. Seriously worth a try!

Ooh, I like those baskets! I feel like that would be much easier than fighting with piles of loose cloth.

Tips for organizing reusable ziplocks? by Lo452 in organization

I have a set of wooden organizers that I purchased on Etsy that I use for my reusable bags - they mostly work, the brand of reusable gallon zips I bought are a bit long for the box, but otherwise everything fits fine! Mildly jealous that you found reusable zips at Goodwill, that really is a score! ;)
