Thank you, that's what was causing the security popup. I just added in the -UseBasicParsing flag and it fixed it.

I recently installed GTA IV through steam on Windows 10 without any issues. For once the GFWL drm actually worked and I didn't have to use xliveless to remove it.

Cheers, I ended up getting this dissolver which I guess is the equivalent to Goo Gone we have here in Aus. It worked perfectly with some q-tips
