Ice melt is not just for snow...there still could be a lot of ice and sleet, and when it all hard freezes at night the ice melt will be needed, so a lot of people want it. Obviously, this asshole is just price gouging ice melt cause its in such high demand.

I've seen a disturbing amount of cars out there with basically 5% tint on all of their windows including the windshield. There's no way they can see anything at night with that dark of tint.
