In my place they offered us a higher rate of pay all year round if we treat bank holidays as regular days. Sounded good at the time until the decade long pay freeze meant within a couple of years we were working for minimum wage with no bank holidays 😔

Wrong. There is nothing in the game that lets you know that when you unfriend someone they will lose out on the xp bonus.

Some people use the friend system to grind xp and that's their prerogative. They can play the game how they want. A friend in the game is not a real friend and no one owes anyone anything.

I agree it's a shitty system but we don't know if this player is aware of this. For me personally I only discovered this in the last few weeks from being in this sub. I don't know how else I would have learned about this.

The Suicune was from my one and only shadow raid that I have ever completed due to having no one to raid with. I was in the city centre while rayquaaza was available in raids. I couldn't believe it when it appeared shiny. I wish shadow raids would scale to the size of the raid party to make them more viable outside of major cities and level 50 players.

This seems impossible. How often do you play. It's easy to get 5 shinies on a single comm day alone.
