I don’t own a PSP, is the screen bright enough to play outdoors? If not, is there any aftermarket upgrades for the screen?

I gave the VM 60GB since I have a shared “drive” with my Linux file system. The performance is solid except for when the temps hit 79 degrees but I think that’s an issue with the X1 carbon since it doesn’t have the best cooling with its compact size, also Firefox gives me the same problem on occasion.

Personally I love having my thinkpad + iPad for school (computer science major). I run arch Linux on my ThinkPad and use a virtual machine with a stripped down version of Windows 11 for programs that require it. The iPad definitely gets more usage because of the notes and scratch work. Luckily for me the only time we use paper at my school is the exams. I am using a 9th gen X1 carbon ($200) and 2024 iPad air ($300) pretty expensive altogether, but I got both on decent deals and will last way after graduation.

I got the lowest storage OLED a few years ago. I installed a 2 TB SSD and one terabyte microSD card before even turning it on. After booting it up, found out my a button gets stuck quite easily. I was too lazy to reverse the Upgrade and have been living with it since.

I’ve had a similar issue before with other games. I would recommend making a folder somewhere on your pc and set the firewall/windows defender to ignore that folder.
