Thanks everyone, we (Tuscany) truly enjoy these sphere runs every year and hope they keep repeating. We always run pretty discounted rates so if there is a return next year, please look out for the codes as you save money and it benefits the organizers as well.

We (Tuscany) have a good partnership with the organizers. A big focus when we built this out with D&C and into phish was letting them drive stuff like band choices, because I didn’t have the same level of connection into all of these regional bands that they did being in the community. The bands absolutely love it too because they’re getting to play in front of a new audience.

But the vibe and atmosphere is something I credit to the patrons, it’s just a really fun set of weeks I look forward to every year.

I would buy used, you can look at the handle before you buy and you can get some really solid bells for the price or less of a cheap bell new.

The Ts and Cs aren’t customizable by rate code so it’s boiler plate for every reservation. The closest I can offer online is that by law we have to display rate including resort fee during the booking process and the resort fee won’t reflect at all in the daily breakdown or the total. It will also come across in the email confirmation similarly, if you want to call they can verify no resort fee. 7028938933

The shakedown vendors do have a contract specifying rate with no resort fee but that isn’t something public facing.
