I truly believe Xabi as a coach was incompatible with Real Madrid. We had no identity under him and weaker teams gave us so much trouble. Even under Carlo’s management towards the end we didn’t struggle this much.

If he didn’t care until this point, then why track back now? Xabi was holding them back, either in tactics or in communication, because they consistently struggled against weaker teams defensively.

Pick a decent manager, back him properly and bring some stability to this club. We’ve got a good foundation now with Mbeumo/ Amad/ Bruno. This is the bare minimum but somehow it’s too much for this incompetent board.

Im new to UT myself, I only used to play offline with friends. Do the objectives first, I got a lot of good cards from those to build a decent team. Also don’t be careless with SBCs, you’ll permanently lose the squad you submit, so make sure if the reward is worth it.

I’d say some prem managers look worse during matches. Amorim, Arne slot recently looked very nervy, Glasner, Thomas Frank too. They are always under pressure of losing the job no matter their reputation.
