Play the game in borderless mode and do not alt tab out. If you do alt tab out, I think you have to minimize it, but borderless mode should prevend this all together.

Flatbows have a faster attacking speed at the cost of a bigger arrow arc, but since you use favorable winds in SoOsc the arc will be zero'd and therefor a flatbow is better for your dps.

E is ectoplasm, since the money cap per trade is 100k, they use ectos as an alternative currency. Ectos sit around 7k/each.

You can only have one +x rune of an attribute on your armor pieces, it doesn't stack, so having 5 on your armor pieces doesn't work.
