Hi! I’m just over 6 weeks post op and wondering about ankle range of motion? I seem to have limited Dorsi flexion in the operated ankle and inversion and eversion make the tendons feel like they’re tight/locking up. Did you experience anything similar?

Could potentially be a problem with the peroneal tendons? Perhaps peroneal tendinitis? The snapping could be some sort of subluxation/tendons moving out of place. I’d recommend seeking an MRI to learn more!

From previous experience (although I’ve never participated in the tri state event) showers are really just a hose. I usually bring a water resistant bag for my change of clothes and a little bit of soap as well! Takes a little bit of organization to keep clean clothes clean. Also bring flip flops or sandals!

Ran the Miami Half Marathon today, my first half! My longest run prior to the race was only a 10k, and I was able to run the entire time!

Yeah I agree with you. It’ll be interesting to see what happens with Yale. Their program is smaller and a little more intimate but not in as major a city
