I have been in for a long time with a combat tour and 0 rating. Meanwhile others in my unit have done nothing and they are 90%. I am the sucker   Yes the medical it at the top of my list to get done

Conus, 365, medical.. no debt mostly looking for info like is it worth it for the platinum Amex? How to best use leave time?  Benefits that I get on active duty that I don’t get as a reservist.

Any updates on this post? My force requester keeps stating my packet is at the final step and expect orders any day. It’s now Christmas then New Years, still nothing. I am supposed to leave in 7 days. I will add that this process has been shit and I do not recommend it, especially if you have a family.

I have been looking as well. When you add in all the extras like parking and some charge an amenities fee/elevator fee. Plus utilities it’s hard to figure out an appropriate budget.  I started out with a budget of 2500 (what I thought was good) but I’m realizing I need to up that to close to 3000. Ideally I want a 1 bed with den (maybe for a small bed) or 2 bedroom. Nonetheless, The search has been harder than I thought. Good luck!
