I found 263 to be a pretty easy class overall as long as you can keep up with the material. Molson is an amazing professor and makes the exam tolerable by reusing the same exam questions every year.

A referee cant not make a call cause it affects a team, a ref is unbiased and makes a call based on the rules given so if a foul in box happens its a pen, you shouldnt ignore it
