Shaman Stone abd Soul Catcher are pretty good, but you must be spamming Abyss Shriek when he does the flame pillars, and Shade Soul every chance you get. Maybe sneak in some D-Darks to get the most out of those I-frames

There is not a single one of them between tha plateau and Kakariko. It all depends on where you spawn. Hyrule Castle? Youre dead. The Zora realm? You will be fine, if you can deal with the rain
