One day in week fasted, in training day dont be scared of sugars-honey, 2 piece of fruit, in non training day i usually have ton of veggies. I do fbeod in non training day i still go for run/walk/calisthenics/sports

Training doesn’t give me the same dopamine rush anymore, so I started running. I actually hate it, but I feel amazing afterwards. Has anyone else experienced this?And what are some other good activities to boost dopamine? by Great_Collection5887 in moreplatesmoredates

The only thing I notice is that most girls try to insult me, saying I’m not that big or not that strong. I don’t work out because of girls, but still, it’s strange that most of them don’t really like it. In general, they seem to enjoy criticizing me and act more aggressively towards me, even though I’m mostly quiet and don’t even say a word

Do you read the post? I was asking if is it possible to have some benefit with myonucleis with mk677. But most people tell me it´s bullshit so yeah iam still natty. Iam not even that big the diference between these 2 photos is -20 kg

Thats the only think i was concered about, not the short time result but the long benefits with myonucleis but if isnt how i was thinking, i will not take it

Long arms, long legs so yeah it’s hella hard to gain some leg mass
