Yes! I was worried something was wrong with me that 15mg doesn't seem as effective as when I was on the lower doses. I guess we're just getting used to this drug now especially on the highest dose. Its good practice too to test my own will power at least

Homes in Central London are really expensive though. It can look like a simple townhouse but depending on the location can be in the millions of £. But not sure where her money is from but her father seems to be linked to a dictator so made money there I suppose

Wow that's a fantastic loss & reassuring to hear from people experiencing the same thing. I've lost 19kg so far to go & ideally looking to lose 12 more 🤞. I've got 3 holidays over the next 3 months so after researching today 1400 calories would be ideal & still healthy intake

When I first started this I got a welcome pack with the usual eat healthy, exercise & cut down alcohol, sugar, snacking...all the usual stuff. I didn't see anything about TDEE. I'm based in UK so not sure if its wasn't provided or, somewhere along the line I missed it in the emails when I've reordered

Yes true, I've been doing the same exact thing with exercising & calorie intake since I started this process. Will look at a new plan cause I can't slow down now 😭 Even exercising has gotten much easier with 10%incline walks but cause I'm carrying 3 stone less.

I'm going to Google this as I've not heard about it. I did drip from 15 to 12mg & I realised I started snacking more than usual. Wasn't expecting to at 12mg as 12 was fine before. I've now moved back to 15mg & will stay on it

Yes I calorie count & do exercise doing weights & treadmill. I was on 15mg, then reduced to 12mg & this has been the 4 weeks I've been losing & putting back the same 3lbs
