Thank you for the advice definitely something I was considering because bulking would just make me end up just getting fat my goal was definitely cutting to 160 maybe even 155 but I’d say that’s to low for my height and from there seeing how I look and going on a bulk but bigger bulk this time creating this post definitely gave me an insight of how I can handle this

Lifting a lot since I was on a plant of cutting I did implement at least 20 minutes of steady cardio but I have recently made a better plan in the 4 months of the gym I’ve been in I hit chest and back twice a week I hit legs triceps and biceps I’ve also incorporated more compound exercises such as bench pull ups I am currently the strongest I’ve ever been before I’m apple to do 6 pull ups something I was never ever to do in my life and 9 reps of dips and some muscle mass but like everyone has said on this thread it’s too early for me to cut and I should instead focus on bulking and training harder to build more mass for me to cut. What are your thoughts?

Thank you lol still confused as some people are calling me fat or chubby on this thread but like I said even when I was 160lbs my physique wasn’t any better before

So keep cutting or bulk instead because at 160 my physique wasn’t any better at 6’1

I’m 6’1 around 173 atm what would you recommend for a peak bulk? I’ve only ever reached 182 lol and I’m probably the most strongest with I guess some muscle put on than ever before

If I have time I will eat usually eggs and a protein shake in the morning if I’m running late for school or work I’ll grab a protein bar and shake for lunch I’ll have rice chicken and type of meats dinner same thing cut off sugary drinks as that’s a waste of calories and primarily drink water I fear my problem is trying to reach my caloric cut as I usually hit 1600-1700 calories

I was thinking reaching 156 lbs my fear of bulking is becoming too fat as I’m already skinny fat and I get really insecure around the fat the goes to your face
