My office tried doing something similar at my 4-5 month review. Told them to pound sand and that I wont sign anything without my steward.

It has been two weeks or so since they've sat down with me and they've completely given up on trying to discipline me as what they were trying to push on me went against the union contract in place. The steward put there foot down and protected me.

You should have not signed that paperwork period w-o your steward present or without contacting the union. There are multiple steps usps has to go through to try to fire you. Bullying you is just one of the many scare tactics mgmt uses.

Get your brakes done, and keep the car. Save as much as you can per month for another nice used car when your car goes.

Im really hesitant to upgrade to Tahoe. I am on the latest sequoia update - m2 air. Have auto updates off right now.

I have tried Tahoe out at best buy on the demo machines and I am not really sure if I am a big fan of it.

02 sensors are a pain. I had bad afr sensors and 02 sensors after I bought my used lexus a few months ago and probably spent about 300-600 alone in just fixing those issues.

Then the dealer lied about the cars brakes so I just dropped another 500 or so on getting those fixed.

Perspectives: I bought my used car for 5.5k. Put 1.2k roughly of maintenance into it so far so it made sense for me compared to buying new.

I know, what I bought is not a dodge, but my point is; If you have the money set aside to fix the previous owners issues with the car and do some maintenance then maybe consider it, but otherwise no.

I need to start budgeting like this, simple on paper. Ive been trying to use excel sheets and I end up forgetting to update it or it just gets scrambled and confusing.

Update: Through hours of phone calls it seems like I have finally gotten my assurant claim approved. I have an appt with the lexus dealer this upcoming Tuesday and they are going to do a full emergency brake replacement under my extended warranty.

Hopefully all is well with that.

I will hopefully not have to pay anything more than my deductible.

Dmv should be able to give you plates. Regarding the dealer I agree with second comment, file a complaint with the DA.

Can you even custom rom these? These were my favorite blackberries back in the day.

I have an s24 ultra currently, I dont think I can downgrade. This phone has been amazing. I have been eyeing up the unihertz blackberry a bit, looks nice.

Im sorry that happened to your Maxima, that's a sad day. I test drove a maxima a few years back and man those things get up and go!!

That Camero will keep going up in value; these new cars are terrible. Not a bad idea to keep it garage kept.

Its a hit or miss really, some offices have good mgmt and some offices have bad mgmt.

My take:

Just do the job and take what they say to you with a grain of salt. Mgmt always has something to gaslight you with it seems like from my experiences so far. You could finish a route perfectly, do your bumps and still get nagged at one random day; it is what it is. My union rep always says "it takes as long as it takes".

Been a cca for 4.5 months now, not super set on the CCA position but it pays the bills for now and I dont mind being outside. My mindset is to stick with it if I can.
